FAQ's
We don't have all the answers in life but we do have a few.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of purchase. If for some reason it will take longer we will be sure to contact you. If you have something that needs to be rushed don't hesitate to email us info@thecoinlaundryprintshop.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is the fastest way to ship?
Small orders (one or two items) will ship via US Postal Service First Class mail. This generally takes about 2-3 days to arrive and you will get a tracking number when it ships. Please note that First Class mail is not guaranteed and may take longer but it is the cheapest option. If you prefer a guaranteed service you can select Priority mail or Priority mail overnight. Both of those options are guaranteed services and come with a tracking number but they are more expensive.
Can I order something in a different color or size than what is listed on the site?
We are happy to change the colors of ink or t shirts when we can. If it is something we stock it will still ship within 48 hours. If you would like a color or size we don't stock we are happy to try to special order it but this will add up to 7-10 business days to your shipping time. Email us at info@thecoinlaundryprintshop.com if you'd like to customize your order.
Can you make me a custom item with my design?
Yes! We can make our items with a custom design or logo on them. There is $35 screen fee plus the cost of the items and it takes about 7-10 business days to complete a custom order. We only print one color prints and the design must be a simple black and white line drawing with no shading or gradients. Email is at info@thecoinlaundryprintshop.com to get more information about custom printed items.
Do you wholesale?
Yes! Email us at info@thecoinlaundryprintshop.com and we can set up a wholesale account for you!
Where are you located?
We are in the majestic mountains of Bozeman, Montana. I ride on an elk to get to work and sometimes it snows in June. (true story....the snow part at least)
